Teeny tiny portions. Not bad food but it's ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Bland pulled pork that seems like it came from a frozen package at the grocery store and the chips are bland. Too expensive even for the convenience. They also charge an extra fee for using a credit card.

I've seen these guys out on the U Campus that last couple of days and finally had to stop and order something. Everything on the menu looked good. The guy in front of my ordered the BLT and it looked delicious, so I got the same. The bacon was cooked perfectly. Soft and a bit chewy, but also crispy. The lettuce and tomatoes were equally good. All together it rounded out to be nice little sandwich. It came with some sunchips, which were nice. The prices are a bit high for what you get, but the food is good. I will probably be coming back. This is one of the better places to score a decent sandwich here on campus. The crab cakes, pork slider, and the soup are already on my list of things to try next time.

These guys come to Food Truck Thursday at the Galivan Center quite often and the line was long so I decided to give them a try - long lines mean good food, right? They had a really good selection and everything looked good. I decided to try the BLT and it did not disappoint. They give you plenty of bacon and it is the good thick kind on the cheap thin stuff. Loved it. I want to try more things here.

Rubadue's is everything you could want from a caterer: responsive and active in planning, on-time and ready to go on the day of, and a deliverer of tasty food! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, I was very happy with our catering experience.

It was a snowy day and all the other food trucks had left the U of U campus, so I tried this one. I got the BLT and it was good. The bacon was nice and thick and the sandwich was good. The downside was that a BLT and potato chips cost $7 which seemed a bit steep. Next time, I will try the BBQ sliders or the Thai food.

One of the best catering food I have ever had! Chef Rubadue's dishes are truly memorable- the pesto spread, the chocolate truffles, the exquisite crab cake... Everything is at white clothes restaurant dining quality. The food is organic, delicious and healthy! Chef Rubadue's truly cares about what u think about his food. You can taste his passion and heart behind every dish!
